(This serves as an unorganized list of thoughts about project development. It may be fleshed out into a proper document at some point, but currently does not serve as anything more than tidbits of "wisdom".)
Development considerations
- Roadmap beta, small-run, and large-run (if applicable).
- Define what the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) looks like at each of these stages.
- Define manufacturing processes for beta, small-run, and large-run. (Generally: additive, subtractive, formative, other.)
- Determined your Mean Time To Failure (MTTF).
- Investigate supply chains early.
- Limit scope creep.
