Explanation & How To

Overview:

The first step in using this 3D printer is having a design made in a computer aided design (CAD) software. For this machine, the preferred CAD would be PreForm, which is free to download. Unlike the Type A Series 1 Pro 3D printer, which uses Cura Type A Software to convert an STL file into a G-Code file, PreForm automatically sends the STL file to the printer without having to convert to a different file type. Thus, once you finish your design, you can easily send your design from the PreForm software to the printer itself.

Printer Elements:

The printer itself contains very fragile elements. The first of which is the laser that resides inside the base of the printer. (Explain laser and mirror aspect). The resin, which is held in the Flammable cabinet, is also a fragile element. (explain how the laser shapes molds the resin and the design is upside down).
