Roadmap beta, small-run, and large-run (if applicable). Define what the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) looks like at each of these stages. Define manufacturing processes for beta, small-run, and large-run. (Generally: additive, subtractive, formative, other.) Determined your Mean Time To Failure (MTTF). Investigate supply chains early. Limit scope creep.
